All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping times vary depending on the selected carrier and delivery destination.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider and are outside of our direct control.

Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the package.

Northwest Compounds is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution for carrier-related issues.
